A graduate of the Parsons School of Design,
Lark Carrier is the author and illustrator of several
books. She uses her artistic talent to give her stories
wonderful depth and personality. Born in Montana in 1947,
Carrier credits her childhood in the Rocky Mountains
with developing her love for nature. She has designed
a series of Christmas cards for the New York City Museum
of Modern Art, and her 1985 book THERE WAS A HILL won
a gold medal at the New York City Art Director’s Annual.
Carrier works as a freelance illustrator and designer
in Boston.
