Sue Macy

always loved playing sports and grew up favoring catch and football over playing house. She graduated from Princeton with a BA in History and American Studies and went on to work at Scholastic, where she honed her writing style and gained an interest in writing about women in sports. Macy devotes significant time to researching and interviewing women who played sports before it was popular to do so. She served on the board of directors of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League Players Association and is actively involved in the promotion of female athletes and their stories.
