Stella Michel

grew up in the Detroit area, listening to fairytales, cheering on the Tigers, and dancing to Motown music on the radio. A former school librarian and teacher, she has a husband and two sons and lives along the shores of Long Island's Great South Bay where she and her family spend their summers crabbing, clamming and canal exploring. She's had poems published in various ezines and magazines. In 2011, three of her poems were published in An Eyeball in My Garden, a collection of spooky poems published by Two Lions Press. These days she's simmersed in writing novels.
