has written several nonfiction books for young readers, including PAPER CLIP JEWELRY, SHAPING A PRESIDENT: SCULPTING FOR THE ROOSEVELT MEMORIAL and AMERICA IN THE TWENTIETH CENTURY: 1940-1949. SHAPING A PRESIDENT was chosen by the Voice of Youth Advocates (VOYA) for their 1998 Nonfiction Honor List. In addition to writing, Kelli has worked with Highlights for Children, Inc. as a freelance science and preteen editor, and with Gareth Stevens, Inc. as an in-house editor. Peduzzi currently resides in Poughkeepsie, NY.
